Initiate Your Return
Log into your Hot Tackle account, locate your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
